Fuck EY. I'm tired of this bullshit. They don't give a shit about the people on the road every week away from families and friends. This change just proves it. I'm out

How do I know whether or not I have a good shot of getting into a certain school as it relates to my GMAT score? Should I shoot to be above the median? Should I shoot for the top half of the middle 80%? I mean obviously I’m trying to get the best score I possibly can, but I’m trying to do a pressure test to figure out which schools are reaches, targets, and safeties, etc.
Moving to Lakeview soon with my fiance and trying to project out expenses. Does this seem reasonable? We are avg spenders

Anyone doing CSM at hubspot in Boston/cambridge?
Fish fam who’ve traveled to India - do you know if taking flights from one place in India to another within India requires an Rt-pcr test? I am planning to visit India and have family spread across so will have to take 2 or 3 flights. I’m fully vaccinated but the proof I have is the COVID vaccination card. Does that carry any meaning in India? Are Pfizer vaccinations recognized?

Mid to Senior Software Developer needs advice…
Please read the post and comment below as well. As the title says, I’m a mid to senior. I have been writing apps for about 5 years in various languages and have working with many other tools/frameworks on a non-consistent basis. A .NET/ES5/TS guy who understands DB/design, monolith arc. (made one), IoC, and basic design/programming principles. I understand microservice architecture but have never designed an app in it for work.

Had a final interview a couple days ago (after 9 long rounds). Yday morning hiring manager and recruiter both looked at my LinkedIn profile. Then asked me for references. Is this a bad sign?
We’re having a baby coming this end of August. KPMG has 12 weeks parental leave. Planning to take 4 weeks in September but I can’t seem to figure out when to use 8 more weeks. I’m so tempted to do Feb-March (peak busy season for our client) but I feel completely bad cause I actually like this client/team and I know how a lot of test work is done. (Senior A.) Can I suggest to my manager that rather than taking leave, to schedule me only 40 hours during these times? Would that be unfair to others?
Hi guys! I'm a fullstack dev looking for a change. I would like to work as backend dev in java environments but every interview I had requests knowledge in web services like aws or azure.
Honestly I never had the opportunity to use this technologies in my work. Do you know any platform to learn and practice on this field?

I’m in final rounds for a Recruiting Specialist role based out of NYC (in person). They asked me for my salary expectations in the beginning of the process, but refused to give me a range. This role requires someone with 3 years of experience (I have 2.5). What do you think a good offer would be? I would need to relocate for the role and am not as familiar with NYC cost of living.
I mean, look at what I've accomplished!
