Looking around for single family homes in our area and came across one that’s fairly cute. The one thing I’m worried about is if it’s bad to have a master bedroom in the basement? It does have windows, a nice bathroom, and a walk in closet, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The house is very cute, but small, so it seems like some rearranging was done to move things around (another bedroom with a full bath is now a space for the dining room next to the kitchen).
