Before I signed the job for a new job, I asked specifically about certain health insurance coverage and it was stated to me that the policy covered what I needed, that they reached out to insurance company and confirmed.
Well, when I started at a company and received insurance card, I checked with insurance company and it was stated to me by insurance agent that there is no coverage at all.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

The end of my suffering occurs with the death of my ego. I am reborn when I surrender to life exactly as it is, right at this moment (and it’s always “this moment”). I can begin to grow when I either accept life as it is, or I change my life because I can’t accept it. The better I become at surrender and acceptance, the more I experience serenity. After a long enough time I realize I’ve had a spiritual awakening. Now I am peace / joy / love.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.

Question: can an employer legally withhold your personal possessions after you leave the firm? I left my old firm recently and they were not happy about me joining another consultancy. They are withholding any belongings that I left in the office and have ignored my emails asking to arrange a pick up or delivery of my personal items. - Application already submitted, results by end of Feb

- George Mason's part-time program (ranked #4 in US, 4yrs): Graduate with 20K in debt (with the possibility of it being $0 debt)

A question:
Is it possible to become an attorney (getting JD, admission to bar and keep license to practice) but not practice law at all and keep working in a totally different profession where you are already working at? I know professionally this doesn’t make sense but just curious to know.

Is it legal to use taskrabbit or hire a plumber to fix an issue without my landlords knowledge if I feel that my landlord is being slow about addressing an issue like possible mold from a leak? Honestly at this point I have the $ and would prefer to just pay myself and get it over with than wait. Any consequences for me if they found out I did this?

Does attending a T-14 school make a big difference during hiring? Also, how realistic is it to get in one with 3.0 from undergrad?
