I am seeking advice for a summer internship for 2023. I am a Junior CS student and have two offers. One being Bank of America Global Technology in their Plano office. My other is from Deloitte for their GPS Business Technology Solutions Consultation position. I haven't had a previous internship prior. hey, I’m in need of some advice! Hopefully, I haven’t screwed myself over..so I get a call for a job and they initially offer $62k with a $1000 sign on bonus, I countered at 65k bc I knew I deserve more pay but I was afraid to actually ask for much more than that. They verbally accepted my counter offer but have yet to send me a written offer I can sign. I completed research on the position and salary for my area and realized I aimed low based on edu,& exp..I countered again at 72k was I wrong?

Whew this group is a relief to find. No one at my job knows I have ADHD, and I only have one other friend with it. I manage a team of people and the stress of checking, double checking, and triple-checking everything to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or behind on anything is insane.
