Looking for advice.I applied for a role mid-December. Don’t hear anything until a month later, received a rejection email, then minutes later and email from the recruiter, asking for availability to schedule a phone screen. That was two weeks ago, I immediately responded, making sure the rejection was sent in error and they did want to meet. I provided availability, no response, I’ve followed up, provided additional availability, per their request, then no response. At what point do I walk away?

Interviewed for a position and was confident I had it in the bag. It’s been a month with weekly follow ups from the Talent MGR telling me that I am one of the final candidates and to hang in there...

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

I have passed the technical interview in Capgemini and HR has called for Salry negotiation , after that HR said that offer letter is in process.
Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..
What is this client call ?
Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .
