Deloitte is best. Harder to get into than Harvard.

Kearney ā you get great culture, prestige, and pay!
Kearney is known for supply chain more than EY by a country mile, thatās our bread and butter work.
Kearney by a mile. I moved from EYP to K two months ago and the difference is night and day. Calibre of people, comp, relationships with clients, office amenities, tech, no stock restrictions.
Yes. Why called bisuiness consulting makes no sense to me
I'd pick Kearney. Typically regarded as best supply chain practice
However, hours will probably be materially worse -- if that's a big factor for you then EY not unreasonable
If you canāt tell already by this thread, thereās really no competition between EY and Kearney lol - Kearney hands down
Kearney!

Are you talking general EY or EYP? For general EY there is no contest. For EYP, Kearney is still better for Operations and Supply Chain, but EYP might have an edge in M&A depending on geography.
Any firm>EY
Deloitte #1 !!!!!

EY SC&O team has great culture and generally good projects.
Kearny - esp in supply chain
Are the compensation even comparable?
Thanks all!
I worked in EY SC&O, I would have gladly left for Kearney at any time
And I worked there for 5+ years so itās not like I was someone that just worked as a staff or senior and didnāt get to know the firm.
