I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Flonase
Local honey
+1 flonase. Also sometimes inflammation is mistaken for stuffy nose, in which case Advil to cover the bases
You need to get the Allegra d or the Zyrtec D. Without the decongestant properties you might as well take baby aspirin
@OP you should probably see an actual allergist. If your sinuses are dry then I take back my original advice and you should focus on taking antihistamines instead of decongestants. A saline spray or Neti pot might also be helpful to irrigate your sinuses. And antihistamine pill will not dry you out - that's just not the mechanism by which they work. But a spray might; oddly, nasal dryness and nosebleeds are common side effects of most medicated nasal sprays. For the eyes, over the counter drops should work. Clear Eyes makes a drop with an antihistamine in it - haven't tried it, but might be interesting. If you're really dried up you might want to consider sleeping with a humidifier and/or taking a steam shower/otherwise inhaling steam. But you should probably see an allergist.

Any saline spray will help to keep your sinuses moist (ew I hate that word). Will be in the aisle at the drug store or ask the pharmacist. Ocean is a common brand name saline solution but then all of the chains have their store brand "Compare to Ocean."
Sudafed, specifically Allegra-D
Agreed. I take Flonase plus Allegra D. Does the trick
The above medical advice is misleading and/or incomplete. Advil and aspirin have nothing to do with allergies by themselves, but are pain relievers and fever reducers (with Advil having an added benefit of anti inflammation (not to be confused with decongestion, though they are similar).
OP, You've taken all antihistamines, which should help dry your sinuses up, but if you're still feeling stuffy, take a dedicated systemic decongestant like sudafed. Flonase also works, it's a localized steroid based spray, and won't necessarily help if you have sinus headaches.
In the end, don't go taking random crap. Identify your symptoms and then take the proper medication.
If you see an actual allergist, you can get immunotherapy shot/drops that address severe allergies.
The issue with the counter stuff is it doesn't work as a one off. You have to take it for five days before you start actually getting a difference.
You could try a natural d histamine
The over the counter stuff just dries up the inside of my nose to dried out pain and yet my throat is still itchy and closing up and my eyes are still itchy.
@KPMG1 that's actually a load of crap and pseudoscience kills people. You're supposed to be smart. Do your research ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/11868925/
Thanks guys. Any recommendations for a humidifier? Or nasal sprays? I don't have time to see docs right now to be honest. Already swamped as is. But if this stuff doesn't work I'll make time.
