Looking for commiseration. This job market is so tough. I'm employed but have been actively looking to leave my dysfunctional job for about 9 months, and I don't know how long I can be last before quitting with nothing lined up. Weirdly, I got a flurry of screener interviews a couple months ago and also went far in the process for a job that had lots of red flags before I removed myself from the running. I thought then that the market was improving, but I've gotten no more interviews!

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
