It seems everything is last minute.

I haven't told interviewing firm that i have an offer and joining new org....to get the interview.(told current salary as per my offer from another org) & NP as one month

How do make sure i receive a better offer on time so I can join this org.

Starting the interview process with another company in industrials, and my current TC is ~$600k. Headhunter wants to chat about comp expectations - anyone have advice on how to approach? Currently I am working in TCS Kolkata with 6.8lpa, technology - Exchange 2010 (which is already out of support from Microsoft).
I got an offer from Infosys Bhubaneswar with 9.3lpa, technology: Office 365.
My hometown is Kolkata.
Hybrid model is okay for me if it is Bhubaneswar as my in-laws won't allow me to move to a different city. Problem is opportunities are very less in Kolkata and TCS won't hire ex- employees. Should I switch to Infosys or stay back in TCS..

RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
