Head of ogilvy SF is a phenomenal person. Mostly consumer tech business. Good office and friendly folks
Dan is great!
Aww thanks Ogilvy 1&4! and agree with Ogilvy 2&3 (in large part). @Senior VP, ping me, I’m happy to chat. We’ve got a lot going on, great people and this is a key hire for us. I won’t BS you on the role, what we have, don’t have and what we’re looking for.
Really good people, culture and work life balance. Clients are decent.
Totally disagree with the above statement. Change management is hard in any organization, but the corner has been turned. I wouldn’t still be here if it hadn’t and it’s exciting to be working with colleagues with a similar can do GSD attitude.
Things to love about Ogilvy SF: dogs in the office, super smart and collaborative colleagues, great leadership, fun outings (recently did the Escape rooms as a team), continued new business growth, interesting client work, entrepreneurial spirit, etc.
Ogilvy SF might be good but overall as an agency Ogilvy is a MESS. My suggestion is to run, fast! Layoffs, restructuring, non existent leadership. Lots of talk but no substance and they treat their employees poorly.
