No offer yet (thanks hiring freeze!) but I was told to expect 182-196 base, 10-13% bonus, and RSUs, with total comp in mid-200s for years 1 and 2. Based on other threads and my research, this seems low. Thoughts? Tips for negotiation strategies? Any insight appreciated.

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership.
