Ya city is going to make a difference. Based on the firms you mentioned I’m going to guess Charlotte or Atlanta?
I heard DHG and NTT data were alright places to work here in Charlotte. I’ve seen a lot about jabian but don’t know anyone there. What’s your specialty?
Advisory - FSO- Performance improvement
I know a lot of people from NTT are what Carlisle & Gallagher was before they were purchased. Several of them now are working at a firm called Summus Group. I know Captech and Jabian definitely have more tech focus. North Highland and Protivi probably have the biggest presence out of the firms you listed. Bigger doesn’t always mean better, but I think they probably have more resources/tools/development? I would also consider looking into Point B. They’re new to Charlotte, but have a great culture from what I hear.
While you have a good chance based your skill set and location to stay local with North Highland, it isn’t guaranteed anymore.
You probably won't have to travel if you join the Tallahassee office
Charlotte
CapTech, gave me 40k more and the title I’ve been wanting and it’s a local model
Jabian was founded by ex Accenture people so I’m guessing a lot of their work aligns to stuff ACN plays in
Looking to leave big 4 because of culture more than anything else. Had a conversation with Jaiban who only look to hire from the big 4 with three years experience there (regardless of how much you have elsewhere). Just an FYI.
Yep. I’ve been through 3 interviews with them at this point. I like the culture change for sure!
Did you make a move OP?
How’s it?
