Netcracker Technology Corp. I recently gave interview for the Netcracker Technol.During the initial calls they confirmed my current salary and expected salary. Then they proceeded with the technical rounds and finally HR round was also cleared. They asked me to wait for the offer letter as they required approval from business. After a week when I got no updates on the offer letter i texted them asking about the same. They replied me on the text that the business did not gave approval for the offer. TBC in comment section..

58???? Holy smoke. Jump to another PA and asking to be senior, should give you at 80ish level depending on your technical skill. National firms are still great
FSO Tax but we have no life at all, so it’s a trade off
I’m at $50,400 as a second year in Midwest...definitely lowest COL in the country sadly. And I have my masters. But I still think my salary in my low COL city affords me more than big 4 salaries for people of equal levels in cities like NYC
That is true. People in low COL cities definitely end up better off.
Yikes you are underpaid. I’m assuming you’re in a lower COL but still. We are all underpaid for the hours we work. It may be worth switching to another B4 or smaller firm. You will be able to get a raise in the process and continue to gain experience if you are not ready for industry yet
what ever you get by switching will likely only be marginal. you won't really feel the difference. so unless you hate your team you might as well stay
Pay seems right for Southeast. That’s within $500 of what I was making as an A3 in Clt. If a smaller firm wants to pay you 70k then sure leave, but I doubt you’ll see that:
Damn that’s low af
I’m at 56,500 but I’m a first year out of college in a relatively small but upcoming city in the Midwest
Look into cohnreznick. We're growing in a lot of industries, and better hours than b4 generally
Didn’t Cohn start requiring 100% billable timesheets recently?
Consider a “higher margin” group vs core assurance or core tax compliance aka advisory, risk assurance, ITA 😃
Which state? I used to work in Utah and my salary was 52,000 as a tax staff and then 55,500 as a staff 2 I left as a senior so I’m not sure of the senior pay. Are you a senior?
I’m a senior 1 in southeast making 75,000 (including the bonus) my peers were in San Jose with 85-90k.. yes they’re making more but the cost of living is less where I live
I’m not familiar with the Midwest COL but that seems low. I would explore other options.
