I joined sept 2019 as lvl11, no bonus that year, then covid in 2020, now I’m at lvl 10 and wondering if individual bonus is normal at my level
Electrical engineers, what is the minimum salary I should consider after a few years of work?

If you have, what was the reason?

Hello fishes !
About to be offered a position at Deloitte London as SC. Exp : ~9.
Visa sponsorship is needed. I foresee a possible negotiation on compensation from Deloitte.
Not sure of the estimate yet but I understand it would be 55-60k as per other fishes . Should I settle for a lower comp while employer pays one time sponsorship & migration costs or bear the migration costs self and chase a good salary . Which is better ?
Note : moving to UK with spouse and kid

Any one works in Tampa Florida as an automation tester? I have about 6 years of experience as a manual/automation tester and looking to transit into full time automation tester! What is the salary base? And what skills do I need to have to start applying? TIA
💲For those who DON'T think a six figure salary is possible:
👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.
And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.
Please does anyone know the salary range and benefits for the Gen O ASC role EMEA. being offered very little above 30k.. recruiters says non negotiable as salary is bumped/reviews every 6months /continuously. Any idea anyone? please
Hey everyone! I’m looking for some insight to Procore Technologies Implementation Manager salary ranges. Does anyone have any experience in this position? Thanks!
Hi everyone! Due to an acquisition, I recently had to take a paycut to join the new company. Because we were being acquired, I wasn't allowed to talk to HR or at least my boss wouldn't let me, about salary and negotiate it. I'm wondering if I should tell my new boss about the financial hit I recently had to take. If so, how do I approach it?
May i know what is the compensation paid for a 12 year experienced SAP project manager will get in PwC SDC for mumbai location. I have HR round soon.

Has anyone pivoted from medical staff services/credentialing into the tech industry/med tech without a college degree? If so, what steps did you take to get there? I’m considering finding some courses that would allow me to transition careers. 1) I’m burntout of what I am doing right now. 2) I want a career that allows me to continue to be challenged in new ways and the opportunity for higher compensation.
I’m in-house with an opportunity to go back to a big firm. There would be a substantial increase in comp (about $260k all-in currently vs $325k plus bonus potential at the firm). I currently have excellent WLB - that would take a hit at the firm for sure. While the billable requirement would be 1500, the lack of predictability is the biggest drawback, especially with a young family. What would you do??
Can someone share what a VP in Compliance/Business Control makes in base salary at Bank of America NYC?

I feel that I have not been interviewed properly to show all my skills. Totally there were only 8 ques asked along with Tell me about yourself!
Is it a sign of interviewer not interested to proceed further from initial sets of answer I gave?pls help

Ladies, I suspect that the guy I am currently with is committed elsewhere/unfaithful and I need to confront him. I have had this nudge for a while and after attempts to get him to talk,I feel like he sweet talks me out of the convo. Any tips on how I can firmly address this without completely losing my mind coz I feel like I’m a bomb about to explode? I used to ignore little things about him but I think they are building a huge red flag.Im so depressed.

I wanted to pass along a sales class opportunity for all of yall. I will add the disclaimer that I am in no way making any commission by showing you this. In fact, I am paying myself to take this course.
The presenter Jamal is a down-to-earth guy that has a passion for sharing what he has learned in his sales career. He is responsible for bringing in $160M projects at Oracle. Give the course a look if you are interested.

The fact that it looks like a structured settlement commercial aside, why does a self-proclaimed billionaire and former president need my help?
L1a to GC processing time with pwc? I've been told on here to expect 2 years but why do sites all over google say less than a year?
Fellow external recruiters: some of our assignments are straight contingency. But this market is insane. What’s been your experience when you try to get more guaranteed revenue?
Additional Posts in Compensation
Looks like B4 partners makes the most $$ in the long run, even tech/FAANG or industry level senior roles doesn’t pay more then $600-700k, except a few roles like ceo/IB/PE/other financial roles/startup rsu (of u r lucky). Came to the conclusion after reading all the posts in this and other bowls. May be MBB, but if u add pensions, I think B4 is better. Thoughts?
When talking with the HR recruiter about compensation before my first interview, she mentioned a base figure and OTE. The OTE meets my expectation but base doesn’t.
Can I negotiate a higher base while offsetting some OTE? Is that a thing?
Hey FB, have an offer on the table and they said it was “their best.” Went to put in my two weeks a few days ago and partners agreed to beat that offer. Should I go back to the other firm to counter?
Close to accepting a Director of Strategy and Analytics with a well funded tech start up (they just closed a new round of funding at target valuation).
Any additional clauses I can ask for in order to hedge in case of recession? e.g. no clawback or signing bonus if fired within 12 months.
I’m in final discussions with PwC for an SM2 role in tech consulting. What is a good TC to expect (base, bonus, sign in)
Contributing a total of 40% of my paycheck to my retirement plan (Roth & Traditional even split) until I reach the max annual contribution. Is this recommended? What I mean by ‘this’ is not 40% but more so an aggressive savings plan. I am 24 years old.
Does anyone know realistic base salary band of a manager in advisory at KPMG? Lowest and Highest end?
So I’ve been on a big tech client adv project for months now and have formed a good relationship with one of the contacts. She’s dropping hints about open positions, and they would pay me about 40% more and I like the company culture, so I want to work there. Will there be a noncompete or other internal problem if I go work for them / tell them I’m interested at the very least?
What would be the base comp for an L6 product manager role at Amazon web services? What about RSUs and bonus?
Currently on an internal team (no client facing work) and I have an offer from another B4 competitor for about $20k more but it will mean being in the office most days and 25-30% travel. I’m 100% WFH now and no travel. I’ve been wrestling with the situation but it feels like it isn’t worth it. Thoughts? 9YOE $200k range.
What is the average Difference in salary between tier 1 and tier 2 city for accenture at consultant level?
I was saving cash for some immediate business school expenses, but now I’m not going. I will likely attend next year. What should I do with the ~20k or so in cash. Put it into a bond? ETF?

2-3 years out of undergrad and pay has risen about 5k since I started. Under 75k. Fairly standard or low?
