I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Being on the high CTC side & Higher position, I’m bit tensed about my career over here. Can someone please help me if it is a normal situation in Globant? Or I should worry & should be active again? I was downsized by this company 6 years ago and had worked for them for 8 years prior. I am now in talks with them about another oppertunity but they do not want to let me start back with those 8 years. Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. I'm probably going to bill 1,500 hours max this year due to being very slow and taking time off for a delayed honeymoon which I disclosed during my interview process. I have been told my work product is good, I don't turn anything down, I participate in non-billable work, I'm responsive and I always let people know I'm available to help. I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

I was sexually harassed by a male colleague a few years ago (M here) I went from being one of the highest performers in my group 2 years ago to one of the lowest performers and I’m on the verge of being put on a PIP.
