Give them direct feedback and provide examples of where they lacked tact and professionalism. Coach them on the behavior they SHOULD have demonstrated. Make it clear they’re on notice. If things don’t improve after a reasonable amount of time, roll them the hell off.

I'm fine with giving initial feedback but after there's little to no improvement I find the best thing to do is just move on. Otherwise both parties just end up resenting the other and nobody is better off for that.
