MBA vs. a Master's degree: is there really a big difference in earning potential?

Canadian PR , working with Amazon Canada for a year in operations and process improvement in logistics, fulfillment operations and last-mile delivery.
Completed CSCP and PMP.

Prior to this, I have 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics in India across companies like DHL , Reliance Jio, Amazon India ,etc. 

looking for new opportunities in the supply chain and operations or consulting. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

What are MBA offers now in consulting starting next year ?

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%?
