MBB folks - When you're working with a Big 4 team on the same project, what is your perception and expectation?

I am havng 2.7 yoe and working in project in ibm past 2 months. I am facing difficulties in settling in this project. As it’s early stage of my career I need to learn and then implement but because of that I am daily facing pressure and I am daily worried abt my work . How to overcome this pressure? Sometimes I feel to take release but on other hand I think I need to face and learn !

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. What is SM role salary band with Big 4 Value Service Creation/M&A offering? What is a sign on bonus?

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

I came across this company called 'My Consultation Offer' which takes expertise in training you for the above and have a 85% success rate. The package for interview prep, Bootcamp and case study prep is $3497. Should I take it? Don't wanna spend ages on youtube looking at wrong content and wasting time.
