MBB Senior Associate here . Recently got an offer for “Principal” in a corporate strategy team at $60+ bn tech company and trying to get a sense of its competitiveness. Base is around $235K, annual bonus is 13%, equity is $20k (3 yr vesting) and sign-on bonus is $60k. Location is Silicon Valley. This is an initial offer so wondering if there is room to negotiate. If so, which components seem negotiable to you? Thanks!

How high does L6 range typically go for Sr Program Manager roles? I am currently at ~250k TC and the position they were interviewing me for hand a max range of 200k TC. Is >300k TC possible?
