Hi how is smartims company for experienced?
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

Hope you guys are doing well. I am planning to join Kyndryl on band 7b for cybersecurity domain. Want to know how is the environment there in terms of job security, wlb and hike? There are mixed reviews all over the places reg Kyndryl so posting here to get insight form you.Kyndryl Inc.

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!

Ask the recruiter if you can interview for Asc position. I had a relevant Masters (non-MBA) and 4.5 years of experience. Since I was on the border, the recruiter first asked me to interview for BA role. But it didnāt make sense to switch for that (comp was lesser than what I was making at the time) and I asked to interview for Asc. Joined as an Asc few months ago
4 YOE after under graduation? If yes, they wonāt take you in as an ASC in my expedience.
MBA or MPP/JD/MD/PhD
MPP is treated like MBA
3 is for sure BA, >5 you get a chance at asso. Who told you about senior BA? Iāve been told that Sr roles canāt be hired into like Sr BA or Sr Ass, they are only for internal promo

You can be hired into senior roles. More prevalent outside the US but you can still come in with a year of tenure credit or whatever in the US
Unlikely to come in at Asc as those above note. You can ask the recruiter to confirm. Pay delta is massive so worth asking. The difference is ASC base > Sr BA TC
Base for BAs is ~$90k and ASC is $165k. Last I checked. Sr BA would be somewhere in between. Bonus is 5-30% plus 401k grant
Based on M4 response, sounds like if youāre confident it could actually be beneficial to wait 6-8 months and then interview for Asc level.

It just means that you will be classed to class of 2019 or 2018, which is normal given your YOE. Youād be expected to move quickly to EMing, in 1-2 years. Youāll likely start with a higher comp but your rating in your 1st year will probably not be too high, which is ok.
