I got offer from Deloitte USI with 13.5 LPA Fixed. ( 50 % hike from my current CTC) and I have accepted the offer. YOE 5 . Later, I got another offer with 16 LPA from cognizant
I just tried to negotiate the Deloitte offer but Recruiter told me that this is a maximum hike(50 %)as per their budget and the offer cannot be modified once it is accepted.

Is it acceptable? I was thinking to join in Deloitte.
Please help me find the right decision (Deloitte USI or Cognizant)

Received the offer from EY for M role, on call and email on Wednesday and also received a mail from the partner about it. Told them I will be accepting the offer. Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.
