Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Job descriptions include target YOE. Each title can be a range of levels, plus different teams will have varying expectations for each level.
You can still apply and they might up level you if they have budget and want you! Or if your 12 yoe aren't all relevant, a jd that says 6+ might actually be the right fit. Good luck!

Sweet, no insult intended by my statement! Good luck in your career search. I'd look for director+ roles where you report directly to VP.
The reason you probably see different levels of experience is because different companies have different levels of maturity in their product org. So they might not really understand what they want/need for those roles. Personally, I like working for product orgs that are more mature.
