Hi Fishies, I was hired for wealth and asset management project EY . It is capital market domain. Any body have any idea about this project going on in EY and the tools used for it.
Please advise if anyone have idea about it.
Just want to know any global tool they use for wealth and asset management, so it's a plus for me to join.
Thanks in advance

My brother lives in Portland and used a really great realtor. I am going to ask him and get the contact info for you.
Thank you so much! Looking for a rental house.
In my experience, it's easiest to just search online and then schedule your own showings. It's different than cities like New York where you need to work with a broker. Most rentals are listed on Zillow or Craigslist and you can just filter for what you're looking for.
Zillow you can just show up yourself to a showing
Yea you don’t need a realtor for rentals here. Just look on Zillow and Craig’s list. But beware of CL. Lots of scams.
Scheduling through Zillow or Trulia is probably going to be easiest. You don't need a realtor to show you rental houses; you can just set up appointments through the apps and go view the properties when it works for you.
Ah I was wondering if craigslist was still a legit rental resource out here, I'll add that to my search. Thanks all!
I usually google property management companies in Portland and look directly at their listings. Sometimes you can score on CL, but it’s mostly apartments (posted 15x/day). If you’re looking for a house, I think looking direct through a company would be easier. You can also submit an application for them to keep in file in case you miss one but want to be first in line for another. Not sure what the rental situation is like currently but I’ve def had times in Portland where you had to submit your application as soon as a listing was posted or it would be gone.
