I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Career advice that I give to the people I manage- do one more thing everyday that you weren’t going to do or didn’t feel like doing- for your team or for your client. Could be notes, a follow up, a reminder, raising your hand to tackle and drive something-whatever. That little extra effort against something you didn’t “have” to do, every day, overtime will make you invaluable
