Moving to the Bay Area fall this year from the east. I’ll be working out of Los Gatos and my wife out of San Bruno we have two kids (4 and 2). Looking at the move to the west as short term (~2 yrs) and looking to rent a place for now (2 or 3 bedroom max). I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?

I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps.
