Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

Turkey meatballs, cod with a miso marinade, lime shrimp, chicken breast and thigh Al pastor, and a salmon bake. I’ll rotate these proteins weekly and make enough to cover lunch/dinner for sun-Thurs. then I’ll make fresh sides/veggies daily. For carbs I do either brown rice or some kind of pasta with veg noodles mixed in.
Breakfast I like to keep it simple: eggs and veggies/potatoes and fruit or steel cut oats, protein powder, fruit. Snacks typically fruit and Greek yogurt.
Fri/Saturdays I’ll do take out but I still avoid deep fried or greasy foods

I use the methods from Americas test kitchen so it’s actually easy to make. The base recipe is pretty good, but I add a little bit of anchovies to it to give it a little more umami flavor. And you can change up the spices to get Greek flavored, Italian, Thai, etc etc. https://www.americastestkitchen.com/cooksillustrated/articles/305-rescuing-turkey-meatballs
For me, anything goes as long as it's within my calorie limit. It's more about how much you eat than what you eat. I usually stick to healthy options like turkey and veggies though.

Yeah definitely. I tried to watch my calories but I feel like it became unhealthy in a sense. For instance if I know I just ate a 1k calorie breakfast sandwich early AM. I wouldn’t eat again until late night
It’s the good stuff and the easy stuff out there that get me derailed too. I really try to keep it simple when getting myself into a healthy diet again. Add a lot of veggies in and protein. Also fiber! One thing that is overlooked a lot I feel. Make room for treats as well, depriving myself doesn’t end well.

Yeah one point in my life I went straight nothing remotely unhealthy deprivation and that lasted a good 3 weeks
5 oz flap steak, 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups frozen mangos. Cheap and easy.
You are right about that. I can't tell you how many friends I have had that want to lose weight and I try to tell them the reason they are not losing weight is because they are not eating right. You cannot out work a bad diet.
