Hi Fishes, Any senior staff engineer here, role associate project manager at Nagarro. I would like to know more details about project allocation and work you do. I recently got selected as one. I can see a lot of heat from developers against nagarro here but what about mid level management such as associate project manager!??
TIA
Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??
Any walk-in interviews in Pune? Please Help
Hey Fishbowl family - anyone working at EY-Parthenon that would be willing to chat with me about their experiences (with the potential of a referral)? I have total of 5 yoe specifically in Life Sciences and really would like to explore the potential of interviewing for their NY office. I have been able to land interviews/offers from other T2 firms but would really love to network and connect with EYP. EY EY-Parthenon
Rejected without interview with a referral. Ugh

As I cranked up my favorite song of all time this morning, Bob Seger’s ‘Turn the Page’, I realized that while he wrote it about life on the road for musicians, it can easily be adapted to Consultants. So cheers to all of you out there on the stage, taking every ounce of energy and trying to give it all away - you are killing it rockstars! https://youtu.be/3khH9ih2XJg

I wouldn't try again for another year, maybe 6 months if something meaningful changes.
Wait until fall and evaluate. There's a chance you gor rejected not because you were deemed not a fit, but because deloitte is getting its summer classes of entry level and post MBA hires, and doesn't need more people at or around the senior level. In October, they'll see if they do need more people based on how the economy and pipeline are doing.
In the meantime, look into other opportunities. Deloitte is just one of many firms.
Most are slowing hiring or even freezing in some cases. I won’t be surprised that u got denied because the demand is reducing or they are preparing for the recession. Wait for 6-8 months for recession to play out and try only after that.
Just reach out directly to see if you should even bother with the process
how do i find the recruiter?

If same team is making the decision, you would have to clearly be able to articulate how your profile has changed and why you are now the right fit. Often people are a good fit on paper but don’t interview well or it may not be a personality fit with the team. Happens all the time.

I’d suggest networking and look for a referral.
DM for referral and the office please
No harm in reapplying. I got rejected from Deloitte initially then reapplied again.
It depends on how you were denied. If you interviewed for the role and then were turned down, you need to wait 3-6 months. If you were never interviewed (screened out from resume), then refresh and try again.
Wait at least 6 months before reapplying. And focus on improving your application.
If you had the chance to interview and got denied, either you didn’t do very well in your interviews or weren’t a cultural fit. I’d wait before reapplying, get more experience
