Completely depends on the situation. I've been through mergers where a ton of people lost their jobs, and others that brought incredible opportunities. My suggestion would be to wait it out and see what happens. You can always jump ship if you start seeing the writing on the wall.

It looks like the acquisition was just announced yesterday. I would want to know did they have a large Salesforce practice before. If so, it will be a nightmare. If Silverline is their Salesforce practice you will be fine. To use M&A jargon if Silverline is accretive to their value proposition you will be fine
It will change going from a mid size shop to a larger multinational shop so things will change. No doubt some will jump to start their own practice or to other practices which opens up opportunities as well. You will need to understand what scale works for you.
In reality, it takes 2-3 years for things to fully change and the acquired company to be fully absorbed. But when things start to change they are typically for the worse. I say this as someone who went through the acquisition of Magnet360 by Mindtree and the Sundog acquisition by Perficient. Culture suffers, turnover gets high, and things get corporate and all about the money/penny pinching. Think a Bain carve out, not dissimilar to what the large activist investors have done to Salesforce over the past year.
I did this once long back and realized that it would have been ok to stay put
In the last 6 years, I have faced 6 re-orgs, one of which was an “undo” of a previous reorg.
So… don’t be in a hurry and pick a time that would work for you
Fwiw I have worked with mPhasis once as another vendor at the same client and it was a mess - anecdotal evidence but hope your experience is better!
Wait it out. Market is not good at the time.
