My director, partner and HR after months of approval to match my offer in hand, came back to me with mid year correction of 50% and then Yearly correction of another 30%. They have all the approval from leaders but, they wont send out any official communication in mail wrt to the same due to some privacy policy of PwC India.

And mid year correction will be in effective from October salary and will be paid out from January salary

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
