My husband and I want to buy a house in and move to another state (we currently live in NYC). We’d still be within a close enough distance to occasionally commute (1 or 2x/week) but want to mostly work remote. Do you think that’s a reality after this pandemic has proven the wfh model works well in our industry?

Typical days on a difficult project with a difficult partner

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews.
