I had resigned from TCS during Mayl21...had got offer from KPMG...
But luckily I cleared Jan DCA and I got almost the same offer...they promised me that they'll change my project to BigData which they have...so I withdrew my resignation...

Now just yday I received an offer from LTI...
It's a good offer...

But, I am afraid whether I am eligible to resign within this 8 month interval?
Is there any cooling period between two resignations in TCS?

Do sales expectations vary between strategy focused vs implementation focused consulting practices?

Context: in my previous gig I focused on strategy & I didn’t feel like Ms were being pushed to make sales all the time, but I was further away from that level. In my current (staff aug) gig, leaders seem to focus less on assessing whether the client really needs us/ how we can help, and more on making a sale. How do you know if someone likes you in the beginning of dating? I met this guy online who I thought was cute and we went on a few dates. Do most firms start reporting years in September or January? Prior firm did an August year for counting hours and then another did January (both Amlaw 200).
