My husband is the primary caretaker for our 5 mo old right now. He is sick as of yday- covid tested negative , think it's a cold. How concerned would u be ? I took care of baby and worked yday which was near impossible but am wondering if today he can care for her with a mask/extra precautions? Or not risk it and push thru doing double duty until he feels better? I'm a first time nom BTW 🙂

I had surgery 3 weeks ago, almost 4 and the doctor has released me to go back to work sinc either was a work injury. I definitely don't feel ready and feel my knee isn't good enough for the stairs.

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio. What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken?
