BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know
Any inputs will be helpful
Thanks!

You’re going to want someone you can learn from and trust to advocate for you when it comes time.

Ask how they evaluate their employees success.
All questions to see if you want to work with them not only as a colleague but your boss.

Look for personality and character in how they respond, not just what they say. I haven't had the opportunity to interview my own manager, but from experience, a bad manager fit can become a serious problem if you don't identify the gaps early. This is rare leverage use it.
Ask how they handle conflict with direct reports, what their first 90 days would look like, and how they define success for the people under them.
Quick question are you not interested in your managers position? Were you not part of a succession plan?
