My parents are amazing (and our house is large enough!), so falling into the percentage of people our age still living with their parents is fine with me. Dating is a non-issue because who has time? Do you still live at home and if so, does it work for you?

How do I deal with a parent who has become bitter and shrewd as they age? It’s exhausting and disheartening to be around because they used to be positive and happy. I’d like to help them be positive again but also want to give them space to feel how they feel. I just want them old version of my parent back 😞

Random confession: My husband has been in the US for 5 yrs & currently on his second consulting firm working as a Java Software Engineer. English is his second language and I am always amazed at how he conducts himself during meetings when he has to explain his technical work. Consulting can be hard and mentally draining at times.
