These are all negative thoughts. Control yourself. Cribbing will not help. Rather, divert this energy to upskill yourself.. don't worry if they are on your head.the more you show you are worried, the more they will pin you.
You want to bring in a change, first thing, change yourself. Change starts from within.
Study hard, crack an interview, resign, enjoy your notice period, take your relieving letter and say good bye to them. Leave on a happy note. Not everyone fits everywhere. It's ok and logical to search for other opportunities and move on
Note- please don't mind me telling you this, but this is coming from over 2 decades of experience in various companies.
which company?
What's your notice period? Why don't you start applying outside.
If you have performance testing skills ,there are numerous jobs available right now.
Here is what i would do if I were you -
1. Make good resume , start applying.
80% chance might not get proper calls due to 90 days notice period.
2. Drop paper and then start applying to make sure i get a job.
3 months is huge time - splunk and vugen skills are no joke. You will get a job provided you work for it.
I worked in a product based company which made load testing tool, even the stupidest people in QA who knew nothing about PT were only there to functional test the product are in good places like Walmart - Oracle now.
Microfocus is a known tool and huge in demand.
All the best.
Why to abscondwhy to abscond? Happened to me as well. I start preparing for interview and ignored them. After a month I resigned.
May I ask why cant you just speak-up about the issue with your peers and know see how they feel about it. If you dont get support, talk to your seniors. Try to make them understand that this will ultimately affect the company if a employee is treated this way.
No absconding please. Rather, prepare yourself for interviews, start applying and peacefully leave. Say good bye to them on a happy note.
I can't ignore them They sit next to me and each mail or message i send keeps watching..sometimes they include me in unnecessary meetings and enjoy escalation. The only option i was thinking about was to get a job with immediate joining and abscond from organization
Don't abscond
If PF account get created then absconding will be a trouble for you. Take a courage to put the paper. Serve full NP. First 10 days there will be no calls then you will get calls. I am also 90NP guy. Got 2 offers within first 30 days
Yes it can make, they need to close the service period on epfo so it will reflect in epfo that you served there and exited. Absconding will leads you to request them letter to exit formalities on epfo. So putting papers with full formalities is the great way I guess
See if you can take medical leave. Take for a month or so or how much ever sick leave you have and prepare well. After reporting back take on and off leave (depending on your interview schedule). Your manager may release you from your current project.
I thought HP is a company with a good culture.
Name of company
Before resigning try talking to your project manager and HR and explain them that its taking a toll on your health.
BTW which company are you in.
If its service based ask for rolloff and look for better projects
@HP consultant thanks for revealing the company name we will try to avoid joining such companies
Try outside
