There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Just face it. It's never gonna happen. You'll be there for the rest of your life.
This is my first extension (new to the firm ) and I'm worried 😕
#LiferStatus
@PwC be worried very worried. I was originally rolled on for a month intro role
@PwC2: Be aggressive about why you want to roll off. Firms like to keep hopes up in the young ones (like they have flexibility), but you'll have to push for it and earn it.
OP My last engagement was a year long. I got so used it, build great team and client relationships. But when I rolled off, I realized that I was pegged for one role and I didn't grow much, granted I had great reviews. You need to push for growth by getting out of there. People ask you to stay because you can do things for them. But how about for yourself, your growth, and career? - and agreed with D2
@PwC1 I am honestly very worried about that. This is my only project with the firm and I got promoted within that time but I'm afraid my lack of diversity is going to hurt me when I move and may not necessarily have adequate an consulting knowledge base. I have been in a variety of roles while here but I think it's time to move on
OP if your gut tells you it's time, it's time. When you take that next step and next client, no matter how you feel, you will feel relieved. Albeit it might feel sad leaving due to the relationships you built, it's just the natural progression of things. Another thing I noticed was that I was more confident with myself after moving on. Growth alone is a very good reason to move. Be honest with yourself and with your manager. A good manager will care about your career growth.
D2, but I don't want to come across as someone who is picky about their work. I just don't want to give the wrong impression escape ally since I'm new. I know networking is a big deal right?
Especially*
@PwC2: if you are politically correct and reason to them as to why exploring is important. They'll value that. Never burn bridges but doesn't mean you should not dare to cross that line that seems uncrossable at this moment.
@D2, well I just got to know as and when my roll off dates approaches , they want to extend me for another month 😳 I can't! I just can't ! 😫
@PwC2: good luck! Just so you know, I had a similar discussion with my manager yesterday. She was very receptive. I say don't even wait for your roll off date. State your intentions and set up a 1:1 time with whomever that has the power to move you out.
@D2: Thanks for the advise! I'm going to try to be a badass ! Lol maybe a nice badass.
