Natwest group I have got an offer from Natwest Group, India in Gurugram at Assistant Vice President Role on ETL and Oracle technology (18 YOE). Getting 9% increase on my fixed with no variable pay

1) What is the hierarchy of Tech Roles in Natwest Group, India.

2) What is the Financial Year in Natwest. When are the hike and bonus usually paid?

3) Usually when anyone joins at AVP level, when can he/she expect next promotion to VP in Natwest?

4) Any insights on the work culture on Tech side, Gurugram?

I had an offer of ~18 LPA from Oracle with 4.2 YOE and I got another offer with 24 LPA along with good amount of joining bonus. Does Oracle try to match the counter offer or not?
