Need advice:

I’ve worked in B2C marketing for life insurance for 10+ years, entirely in Fortune 50-500 companies. I’m evaluating an opportunity to hop over to the agency-side, working on a major insurance client.

Better pay, similar benefits. I’m ready for change.

Am I pigeon-holing myself? Happy to answer any clarifying questions.

Anyone from Embark able to tell me about some benefits you have. Like how long is Paternity leave and do you have to be with the firm for a year to use it? Also what health insurance do you have? I saw that Embark fully pays premiums but if it’s a junk insurance company then that’s not so great haha.
Also how often are you traveling / in office? Thanks!

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
