I’m hoping to eventually work at Google in their Business Operations and Strategy division, but most of my experience (BDM, PM, int’l ADM) is for local startups and my BA is in Biblical Literature. It seems like consulting groups like Boston Consulting Group are considered pools for hiring potential Google candidates. Does anyone know if they help pay for schooling or if there are any other companies I could work remotely at on the East Cost that would help with this trajectory?

It's finally here! 🍾🎉 Ok, maybe I'm a little more excited than I should be - but my article, Top 10 Predictors of Federal Employee Job Satisfaction, has been featured in IPMA-HR's HR News Magazine!
The September issue's article is the first in a two-part series that examines OPM's 2019 and 2021 FEVS data, respectively, to predict Federal Employee job satisfaction pre- and post- pandemic.

Boeing is a great name to have on a résumé.
Thanks I think it's a good company too. I am yet to get a official confirmation from Boeing.
Which is a better pick between Thermo fisher and Deloitte?
Thanks for the response!
I have hired from these companies in India. I would go with Thermo Fisher Scientific.

1) what will you be making, product wise, at each job?
2) do they have established design teams where you can still learn from seniors/leads but also mentor juniors? If you’ve got 4 years you should probably be focusing on a job where you will get opportunities to be promoted (but if that’s not what you want that’s ok too!)
3) Do you know what the pay is? And if one is lower than the others, do you know their promotion/raise schedule? Some companies only do raises/promos once a year, others do them at any time :)
4) What benefits does each company have?
Deloitte seems like it would give the most varied experience similar to an agency
Any idea how the WLB is of a consultant at Deloitte India?
It just depends. Some teams are amazing others not so much. In non-Covid times I’d tell you Deloitte for sure, but USI is all WFH rn and the perks we usually give in the office really make a difference.
Thanks for the response. Any idea about how much I would have to travel?
