During the appointment with Deloitte-provided attorney, I was told that Deloitte will NOT withdraw my H1B during pending and/or approved. However, attorney from BAL said they received the separation notice and will withdraw my prior petitions filed with uscis. Does this mean Deloitte will withdraw my H1B? I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. Has anyone else felt this way? How did handle it? Is there a different career path I can take or am I destined to sell insurance forever?
