I interviewed for a Test Automation Engineer role on June 13. I cleared all technical rounds and the HR round. HR finalized my CTC, collected my documents, and my application status has been Decision Pending for the past two weeks.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. Hi I just received an offer as Technical support engineer at Salesforce. But I'm working as a developer in my current organization in a non-Salesforce domain. Is it worth joining this role after sacrificing a Dev role in my current organization?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. Why is my HR's number busy all the time whenever I try calling him?

I keep starting huge projects or hobbies and being intensely into it for about 10 days/2 weeks, after which I forget about it and the project just lays around my house for months until I get interested in it again or I toss it out/donate it. It was fine when I was living alone but my partner is seriously frustrated with how messy the house gets and how much I spend on supplies for these things. How can I be less impulsive OR how can I stay motivated past the 10 day mark?? TIA
