Can anyone explain the levels at Google? I’m a consultant with 1.5 years of consulting experience and 5 years of industry pre MBA experience. Spoke with someone at Google about analytical lead role that I think would be leveled at 4 or 5? “I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time.
