Yeah, google dollar cost averaging for the theory. In practice, set amount every month makes sense.
Depends on your brokerage costs.
If zero, invest as much as you can, each pay cheque.
If you pay some brokerage, consider waiting a few months until the brokerage is a smaller percentage of your purchase.
