Recommendations for a weekend in SF?
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Thanks A1, I needed a laugh
I can't stand NY. Atl is a good project city - nice hotels, good restaurants, and hot women.
And it's just an all around better city
Sorry - meant D4. D3 is my guy
I think a lot of flack ppl give NYC is because they never venture out of the two-mile tourist trap radius. Check out West Village, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Park Slope, Astoria, the list goes on
PwC1 - feel free to pay to live in your rat and bedbug infested hell hole. I'll accrue savings and property equity and visit NYC on vacation instead. Btw, Atlanta had a great food scene and outdoor activities/museums/farmers markets. Plus it's not feasible to have a family in NYC. Not like you can send your children to public school there.
Maybe NYC if you want to work in financial services, but Atlanta has like 20 Fortune 500 companies with HQs in Atlanta. It's definitely a good job market for exit opportunities.
I just flew Istanbul direct for $700 R/T out of ATL.
@D4. You can. Brooklyn has some great public schools. They also have a job market that doesn't exist in ATL for exit opportunities. Definitely a rat race here but some excellent opportunities out there
Easy come, easy go hombre. Just remember you are traveling to my hometown on your hard earned points, while I'm bumping star alliance to Majorca with your sister
You do realize that Atlanta has the busiest airport in the world, right? I fly anywhere I want, last was Tokyo direct.
Atlanta is nice. Just super hot
Atlanta might not be better but it doesn't get enough credit. (IMO)
Hey, D3.... Your reaction being so sensitive speaks volumes about your city-envy. Now turn that deck analyst, I've got Hamilton tickets and have to leave the office by 4 😎
Yeah that's true. ATL is better than most in terms of exit opportunities. NYC just has a broader industry base here. I'm betting most of those companies in ATL are C&IP, and possibly headquartered out in the burbs? Also the start up scene is flourishing here simply due to scale. It is stupid expensive - no argument there.
No envy here, I'll travel on points up to see Hamilton. Guarantee that my bank account, home equity, and cash savings will thank me later in life.
Damn, coach to Tokyo? You must've been saving up for a while D4.... Remember when I was a first year too - just felt good to be in the game ⭐️🚀
Reading comprehension appears to be a struggle for PwC1, cash for coach (because I actually have savings) and then global diamond upgrade for long haul flights. It's not rocket science.
D4 gets 0 🐱
