Hello! I’m a recently graduated MSc Criminology student looking for work. I am on my way to my HIIT class.

I’m relatively new to working out. Just joined F45 and love it! Wish I got into it sooner. So I’m good at pacing myself thru out the workouts and not over exerting myself. I was considering doing it every day of the week bc I love how I feel after. Is that overkill? Genuinely curious

If I’m just looking to slim down is the best thing to do at the gym run?
