Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days. The MNC will be offering good package, but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter, and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. Also if accept the offer and say no, in that case can they blacklist me from their firm.EY Deloitte KPMG PwC

Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

You should look into product management/owner roles. Responsibilities can vary widely depending where you go, but should generally cover sales, strategy, and analytics.

Will take a look, thank ya!

I think we need a bit more info to be helpful. What industry and role are you looking for? Consultant, tech?

You’re absolutely right, I just ran out of space. Honestly I’m open on going back to consulting if it means remote. However, I’d say my preferences would be Tech > Industry > consulting.
I’d like to find a role than covers two of the three buckets (sales, strategy, analytics).
Curious you don't feel consulting gives you the freedom to move around? I understand you still may have to travel for clients during the week but you could be based out of wherever and move around right?

Part of my hesitation with consulting is now that i’ve been in industry for about a year it’s going to be tough to go back to those hours. I’d do it, but would have to be right.
