They should implement hiring freezes, reduction in force. Immediately. Basically responsible spending.

Gather your staff and discuss the future candidly and transparently. Ask for insights and creativity. Talk about the potential for new offers and pivots.

Cutting costs is a reasonable measure with planning and deliberate reflection but the reactionary behavior being propagated in so many channels is not well.

Great business moves can happen through economic downturns. Don’t focus on the barrier, rather move through the turn and keep your attention on where you’re headed, as drivers say.

Hi everyone. Is it typical for the attorney to take credit for the work a paralegal does? An example: I gave some ideas about deposition questions and some observations I made (I was asked about giving suggestions) regarding a witness and the attorney mentioned that he’s the one that had these great questions/observations.
