Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).
The location is Delhi ncr. And CTC is also nearly same(20lpa).
For telus, the shift is 1-10pm. anyone suggest which one to choose?

My SO just started with PWC Australia. I might have to relocate to the states in one year. Will it be possible for my SO to relocate to states as well through PWC at around 1 year mark? Does PWC allows that just after/within one year of joining? Assume she'll get L2 through me, if that matters.

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

Therapy Scheduling Issues - I love my therapist but they are not able to schedule sessions on the weekend or Friday evening and I’ve missed 7/10 last sessions scheduled due to last minute work stuff. I recently quit my job. My VP was a narcissist and never really looked out for my upward progression even though he said he was my sponsor. Whenever I would do a solid job, he would always down play it or give the mid-level mgr credit even though other people / management acknowledged it. But we still got along. When I gave my two week notice, I did not meet up or talk to him (I cancelled a good bye 1-on-1 b/c I was over it) - sent a short thank you email instead and ghosted. Was this justified?

A company has 2 candidates, aged 25-30, equal in every respect save one’s a man the other’s a woman. Maybe the woman is a slightly better candidate overall. They’d have equal comp.

Company considers the woman a riskier bet due to possibility she’ll take maternity leave — and considers the man less risky for his ineligibility to take as much leave. 🤷
