Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

I love who i work with at KPMG. Still some politics but what firm doesn’t have that..
I’ve heard wonderful things about EY’s culture as well. Expense policy sucks, but i almost accepted my offer to work there

There's a lot of space often between the level of hype and reality.
I’ve loved the culture at EY so far. Haven’t been here long but there’s an open door policy, my SMs work with me one on one, and everyone has been friendly. Can’t complain!
