Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? The recruiter told me they really wanted me and the team has a lot of projects lining up and I really like the team..Accenture
I applied for some senior positions at AbbVie online 2 weeks ago. The status appears as “resume received” for some positions, status of one position appears as “under review” while another position shows “in progress”. Any idea how long their hiring team takes to get back following the application?

I think PwC is stronger as a brand in consulting but EY has a generally better culture. Try negotiating, you have the advantage of having another offer in hand to leverage.
At Deloitte we view PwC higher than EY prestige wise. Can’t speak to culture
All Big4 is really the same. If 7% is trivial to you, and you know the people you'll be working with, go with the offer that has the people you click most with.
EY have better people culture than PwC. Again some people might have had bad expr with either firms which is very team based. If you are in tech consulting and if EY is offering you less than PwC high chances are they are low balling you. EY does not have cohort similar to PwC so you can negotiate well and get a higher band salary.
I left PwC to come to EY and truly prefer EY. I think PwC is doing things to expedite promotion and all that stuff so it might be better now. But when I was there, I was being held back from promotion due to my length of time even though I was more than ready. Also, when I came to EY, I request 10k more on my salary than what I originally asked for and they accepted it. Worst they can say it no. My personal experience, EY is better. But to each their own! DM if you have any other questions. Good luck.
Tech consulting choose EY, otherwise PWC
PwC has higher bonus potential, and also have our promotion milestone awards. Saying one is better for culture over another is dangerous as both are huge firms with numerous micro-cultures. My recommendation is pick the firm that you liked the people best. That will impact your experience more than 7% of your pay in either direction.
Stay at PwC for two years and then switch to EY
Take the cash. If you really prefer EY for some reason ask them to match
Yea ask EY to match, they most likely will and then you’ll get to choose based on fit.
And also be prepared that if they match now your next few pay raises may be slightly smaller.
What line of consulting is important, EYP vs Strategy&? FDD? CMAAS vs FAAS?
EY has better overall benefits. Just sayin.
Kya mila bhai diwali pe?
I chose PwC over EY because I felt it was a much better cultural fit for me. Both firms connected me with a bunch of people to talk to in order to get a better sense of the culture and help me make my decision. Are you going to be in equivalent groups at each? That can be a deciding factor as well. Even if it will be the same work, the culture, prestige, and success of the group may be different between firms
Yea they are about the same so I would take the money. Our culture at PwC is not bad aside from being typical client driven consulting hours.
Choose Pwc
